Safety Policy

Water Safety

Life jackets are required at all times while on the water — this includes the beach, canoes, paddleboards, and kayaks. This rule is absolute and non-negotiable. Any guest found on the water without a life jacket will be removed from the property immediately without a refund. No exceptions.

Age Requirement

Tents & Tunes is a 25+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for every guest. Anyone unable to provide valid ID will not be permitted entry regardless of ticket status.

Rain Policy

Tents & Tunes is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of inclement weather, all outdoor performances will move to the large indoor building on the Camp Manitowa grounds. No refunds will be issued for weather-related reasons. Come prepared with appropriate gear.

Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to treat each other, the staff, and the grounds with respect. Behavior that disrupts the experience of other guests or violates camp guidelines may result in removal without refund. This is a grown-folks event — act accordingly.

Emergency Procedures

Camp Manitowa staff and event security are on site throughout the weekend. In the event of an emergency, contact any staff member or security personnel immediately. First aid is available on the grounds at all times.
