Refund Policy

All Sales Final

All ticket purchases for Tents & Tunes 2026 are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason including but not limited to schedule conflicts, travel issues, or personal circumstances. Please purchase only if you are certain you can attend.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another qualifying adult (25 years of age or older). To request a transfer, email us at tentsandtunesglampout@gmail.com with the original purchaser's name, order number, and the name and email of the person you are transferring to. Transfers must be completed no later than August 15, 2026.

Weather & Event Cancellation

Tents & Tunes is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. In the unlikely event that the entire event must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will be notified by email and a credit or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Removal from Event

Guests removed from the event due to violation of event rules, code of conduct, or safety policies are not entitled to a refund of any kind. This includes but is not limited to violations of the water safety policy, age verification failure at check-in, or disruptive behavior.

Lodging Add-Ons

Lodging upgrade payments follow the same no-refund policy as tickets. Transfers of lodging accommodations follow the same transfer process as tickets and are subject to availability.
